Booking & Deposit
Further to your reservation request by phone or by email, the terms and conditions description as well as a seasonal rental contract pre filled, dated and both signed, drawn up in duplicate will be sent to you.
To confirm your booking, we required 30% of the total rental amount as a deposit. It can be paid by check or by bank transfer.
The rental will be confirmed after the receipt of these documents: A copy of the seasonal rental contract without erasure or alteration, dated and signed preceded by the handwritten ‘agreed and accepted’, a copy of the terms and conditions descriptive, initialed, dated and signed preceded by the handwritten ‘agreed and accepted’, accompanied either by a deposit check or a proof of bank transfer.
The balance will be done after the delivery of the keys, the day of your arrival, by check or cash.
For tenants non-residents in France, the deposit payment will always be by bank transfer.
The rest of the amount will be due in cash on the day of arrival.
We cannot accept booking by people aged less than 18 years.
For the comfort of all our guests, you will be able to smoke outside only, and for the well-being of everybody, animals are not allowed.
The price of the rental includes charges and taxes.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Handing over the keys at arrival & departure
Return of the keys will be done in hand by the owner or his representative.
Arrivals are from 4:00pm; we thank you for giving us an approximate time of arrival and notify us in case of any delay.
Departures are before 10:00am; the housekeeping staff working on tight deadlines, we ask you to facilitate their work.
At the end of your stay, you will leave a place as you found it. The household must have been done unless you have requested and paid the ‘End-of-stay package’ (you can have a look on the contract).
This rental has been granted only on a seasonal basis, you agree to leave at the date and time stipulated in the contract.
A security deposit will be requested upon arrival, 50% of the total rental amount. It will be returned upon departure, after the inventory of fixtures. If any damage is found, the owner will be obliged to deduct from the damage deposit rehabilitation costs.
You will be responsible for any damage you or those accompanying you could cause intentionally or negligently.
Guests have an access to a common patio furnished with outdoor furniture.
Please respect the common areas as well as the neighborhood.
You declare that you fully discharge our responsibility in case of an accident to yourself, your family or your guests.
During your stay, you can under your responsibility, ask us to provide an employee who would come daily. Attention, certain times it may be difficult to find.
However, if you want someone to come doing housework from time to time, do not hesitate to let us know, we will charge this service 20 Euros per hour.
According to the law, in case of cancellation any deposit paid and cashed is permanently lost.
However we accept in case the apartment is re-rented to return the deposit.
You can check with your insurance company if in your home insurance polity there’s a clause called ‘Villégiature’ in French or may be ‘Holiday’ in English, and if it’s include. If it’s not, normally an extension is possible for the length of your stay.
You are advised to subscribe for the duration of your holiday, because you have to know that you are responsible for the damage caused.
